BELOADER PRO CANNOT CONNECT TO SUPER MANAGER

Hi there, I recently purchase a beloader pro and a zen. I cannot get the beloader pro to connect to the super manager and cannot get the beloader upgrade to the lastest firmware. I download the correct foruMS, FOLLOW THE DPF AND STILL CANNOT GET IT TO CONNECT TO THE SUPER MANAGER. . Try it manual and cannot get the psn account tool file to run properly. Is there any way you guy can help me? I follow all the step and cannot get beloader to work. Please help.
