Local Disc not appearing

The reason why Im writing is, my beloader is blinking red-green after plugin in. The configs should be correct saved but I want to try it manually but this problem appears
1. My local Disk is not appearing anymore, I tried it on a different PC with never installed a Beloader Software, and of course with the one that I have updated before but didnt see the local disc
Can you help me with this?

So, I tried with a 3rd Notebook and now I see the disc. All the information in the PSN Config und WiFi Config File are correct, also the new lan bios version is correct.
It seems its everything correct setting up but when I plug in my XIM APEX over the lan Hub adapter, I have this one -> https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B09BVG5TY9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
the green-red light blinking then everything is off.
Need support for this
