Support is not good for Beloader

I'm having issues with my Beloader after updating the PS5 System Software to the Beta version.

Remote Play still works fine on my PC so I know that RP works still.

However, when I try to use Beloader it blinks green for a bit and then green+red, and switches off.There are plenty of other posts on this forum with the same issue, and nobody has replied to them.Where is the support?


I use the LAN Firmware, but I'm not sure which version or how to find out.If I go to Downloads on this site and click the LAN Firmware link, it takes me to a forum post about the LAN software - but no actual link to the download!This is all so unprofessional.Why would anyone buy MORE Beloader products when the support is nonexistent and the website is run so poorly?

Where is the LAN download?What is the latest version?Where is the REAL Support channel?

here is beloader pro, not beloader

for your problem, there has lots of possible
generally, check your network, if they are in same router
secondly, you need find correctly usb hub network, that is not so easy

so we suggest you use beloader pro if you want lan

I also tried Beloader Pro with the PS5 beta update and it didn't work.I am not sure if it was because it's beta but I wasn't able to get it working and got the same issue Matt did.As soon as I reverted the OS to the production version it worked fine.

Yes I tried re-configurating with the manager multiple times.
