Beloader won’t work with Cronus zen

My beloader works fine until I plug in my Cronus my remote or keyboard won’t move I have to plug my remote straight into the beloader with a usb cable to actually be able to move any ideas ? I’m

i think you should set your zen with PS5 mode or Remote play mode

U have zen plug in to beloader just then beloader and zen pluged only to ps5
