Self test stops at step 15.

Hello, if i execute the selftest, it stops at step 15. I the video tutorial it says that it should stop at step 19.
If i hit confirm at step 15, the selftest continues. What could be the problem?

you need check the install video carefully, it should write what problem for 15step
and also the screen will show which button get problem, you can check that solder or install cable
