Random disconnects

I have randon disconnect issues with both firmware updated with zen/dual sense edge and besavior controller. However i did notice it happens more with dual sense edge. Sometimes i can play with a whole day without disconnects but most of the times every min or so would disconnect in game so i would have to keep re unpluggin usb to console from besavior controller. i just quit and just run strait controller to console. Anyone having issues and could it be cable replacement that would need? using all cable that came with besvior controller. Ive tried zen and titan 2 and all the same with disconnect issues.

you can try original ps5 controller cable , not use  cable with besavior

I found the solution, I’ve been playing all day and it’s the usb to c adapter cable I had to replace. The one that came with the controller is no good. I’m all set now no disconnect issues. Thank for the reply tho.

I have exactly the same problem. Sometimes it's happens every 2 mins Sometimes every 30 mins. I have changed all the cables, for one day there was no dc issue the next day all day was dcing every random minutes. The only way to play happy Is not to playing with my edge and to connect via Bluetooth the ps5 original controller. The disconnecting issue is still there with ps5 original controller too when I plug it. Any suggestions???

maybe usb compatiable problem
generally, if you play with third controller, better use bluetooth to connect besavior

OK now i am starting to get random disconnection again, when i replaced the otg cable it was wroking fine for couple days all day. Now its happening again every 1 minute. Not sure what to do anymore.

I have no problem with Xbox controller , ps4 controller . It’s just any ps5 controllers. Most disconnects with dual sense edge. I think they need a stable firmware update. I changed all cables also and still disconnecting. When I replaced the OTG cable adapter worked fine for couple days but after that always keeps disconnecting. I hope the admins can figure out what’s going on .
