R3 not captured during learning and other feedback

R3 isn't captured during learning. Also, is it possible to edit the learning sets on a PC. I'd like to fine tune some small errors made during the learning instead of having to rely on recording it 100% accurately.

Also, it was requested by someone else but I'd like to reiterate how useful a run while pressed feature would be. That way if I have a learning to fire a gun, I can let go and stop firing in case I need to do something else.

does R3 can be record in other game ?

It doesn't work in another game. I just tried, the recording memory counter doesn't go down when I press R3. Here's a video:

Now I can't use Turbo on the R2 button either. I think when you were installing my board there was an error on the right side. Where do I get the warranty card to fill out?

1:  please update latest firmware
2:   use self-checking function
3:  restore factory from screen menu

I performed all 3 steps and it still isn't working.

Interestingly though if I record pressing R2 really fast, then the button acts like a turbo.

Working:
Record R2 and replay.

Not working:
Record R3
Turbo R2
Map any button to R2

Thank you that resolved the R3 issue.

The R2 issue still persists, however, I have some troubleshooting info and a workaround.

I believe there is an overflow in the user data. Since R2 is used so heavily I was setting a lot of things up using that button. The factory reset should have resolved this issue, however, it did not, I tried several times.

Thankfully when I first got the controller before I did anything I saved the data, a fresh user data from day 1. I restored this data file and was able to properly factory reset the controller.

So there are 2 bugs:
1) The factory reset doesn't reset everything.
2) Setting too many things to a button will eventually block many features from working for that button. In order to troubleshoot I have attached my data file that has the issue so you can further investigate.
