Where is the beloader team. Been trying for days to contact the team to cancell my order and no one will awnser me. Several emails and messages to chat box.

Trying for days? Good luck, I haven't gotten an answer from several different email addresses or chat since the end of December. For fun, the last time I was told to wait just a moment in chat I left it open. 16 days later and still no response.
