Recently started disconnecting

Hi is any one else disconnecting since the new cod/warzone update using zen?
It was working well untill the update, just checking it's not just me.

have you use the external power on besavior ?

I have it plugged in to the playstation, does it need to be plugged in to its own power supply? But then how would it connect to the playstation if it's not plugged in direct?

same problem every few minutes disconnecting

So, I tried with a different cable from the ps to the besavior and it wa didn't disconnect. I don't have time to test for long but I will update when I do. Try it and let me know how you get on

yes can try to change into original PS5 controller

Little update, was ok latest night with a different cable plugging it in to the playstation. No disconnecting. So hopefully it's all ok

so it means cable problem,  just use original ps5 controller's cable
