Besavior screen won't turn on

Hi, I don't know if someone else has had this issue with the controller but the Besavior screen won't turn on or be operable in the controller anymore. The controller itself works just fine with the PS5 but the “Besavior” text won't light up when I turn on the controller and the two menu buttons does nothing. I try to reinstall the firmware tomorrow to see if it fixes the problem, but this was a super weird issue all of a sudden.

Nope, no luck. The device manager can't recognize Besavior so I can't upload the firmware to the controller. What should I do? Is the Besavior expansion completely broken?

Ok, by using a different cable I could reupload the latest firmware, which fixed the issue.

Same problem here , the beloader come on, and shutdown after 4sec
