Hello. I already updated the SZ305 back paddles; but it disconnects intermittently unless I connect the cable from the original control; Additionally, when I connect my headphones to the control, they do not receive or transmit audio. What should I do to correct this error?

1:  you can change an  PS5 data cable from back paddle to PS5 console

Good afternoon, I've tried everything and I can't get it to work on the PC, can you tell me if there is a Firmware update?

Device works for like 10-20 seconds and stops.
Controller is updated firmware 0402 . P5 paddle is updated from top post.
USB mode connection only. Tried various other USB C cables, still only a few seconds.
Is the device malfunctioned? should I buy a new one?

Hello,

I received this product today.

I tested it right away and it works like a charm for anywhere from 40 seconds to 80 seconds.

Then my controller freezes.

The controller is up to date and I have updated the product, but the problem remains the same.

What do you suggest?
