Beloader Pro disconnects while playing apex legends

As the title says, i have used different controllers, gamepacks (i use a cronus zen) and cables to power my beloader pro. It never disconnects when im playing MW3 or any other games except Apex Legends. It starts by randomly flashing red and blue lights the it disconnects. Im using the last firmware update that was released back in march of 2023. I know it’s a beloader pro issue because when i use remote play on my PC and connect my cronus zen to it. It works with no problem. I even use the same network cable on both devices but with different outcome as explained above.

Me pasa exactamente lo mismo aunque yo estoy recién aprendiendo como se usa pero en el campo de tiro se me apaga el control a cada rato no me atrevo a entrar a una partida si se apaga cada 30 segundos  a

@Jhon7736 yo ya e entrado a una partida y se apaga tambien. Yo e tenido el Beloader pro por mas de un año y nunca me avia pasado esto. Tengo que usar my computadora y usar remote play alli si quiero jugar Apex Legends.   English:I've already entered a game and it turns off too. I've had the Beloader pro for more than a year and this has never happened to me. I have to use my computer and use remote play there if I want to play Apex Legends

Can confirm vladrusan. It disconnects while i play fortnite as well.
