Well, I don't understand why is so complicated a quick fix for the U5.
Cronus team has some methods to get it working again without remote play.
If you are going to sell this new P5Mate as a new device for 50 or 60€ is NOT understandable. The U5 does not have even a year old and right now is a piece of plastic without any kind of use.
I really like the U5 and in my opinion this new P5mate is totally unnecessary.
At least you can be honest with the few people on this forum and tell us if the U5 is going to be updated or not....
we hear of the new way, which disconnect and connect again and again.
this is a bluetooth bug we think fixed soon .
the u5 is not so easy to work again, but we won't stop researching.
the p5mate build-in the sony original security ic so it shouldn't get any problem in future genearlly.
So abviously p5mate cost is very expensive , you should know oriignal ic is not cheap.
So why we stop U5 which lower cost for us, but it did need time.
1.) Does the touchpad work? (Gestures and as a button click? please be specific)
2.) How does the vibration behave on PS4 and PS5 games?
3.) Does the Gyro work?
If an Xbox Controller is connected:
1.) Is there a shortcut to trigger a touchpad click?
2.) How does the vibration behave on PS4 and PS5 games?
And im assuming either a DS4 or Xbox controller can't connect via Bluetooth to this?
Which then raises the question- do wireless USB adaptors connected to this work? (for example an 8bitdo usb wireless adaptor, official Sony adaptor for DS4, Brook USB adaptor for xbox controllers, official MS xbox adaptor and so on)
