500 and 1000 Hz mode

Hello guys,

it seems to be, 500 and 1000 hz are not supported. The Xim Matrix flashes purple in these modes. The same problem has the Beloader Pro.

But you said, 1000 HZ will be supported.
P5Mate works good.

I can conform, I have the same issue. Mine flashes purple sometime in game.

I received the P5 yesterday, but I don't think it supports 1000 Hz at the moment. My matrix is ​​flashing purple, and when I asked xim, they said the problem is with the p5.

It would be nice the admins/developers giv us a statement. You have promoted these device for 1000 hz support.

Same problem not working well with xim matix aiming feels weird also the big problem is that its flashing purple with all hz, mainly with 1000hz? Any updates coming to p5 mate?

We who are using the Xim Matrix definitely need a update on this. My Matrix is flashing purple and my mouse and key stopped working.

Same problem. 250 Hz works fine with the XIM Apex, but 500 or 100 Hz gives sync problems with the XIM (purple fleshing lights on the XIM). Its the same  problem like the Beloader / Besavior.

The black cable included with the XIM MATRIX is not suitable for data communication and using it will cause the purple blinking.
Use the white USB C to A cable included with the P5Mate or any commercially available data communication cable. This will solve the purple flashing problem.
