not working with zen

i have tried connecting my zen to p5 mate with a ps5 controller like in your youtube video and it wont connect to ps5. it powers zen and controller and i can access the zen options but i cant control ps5. i have tried different cables can anyone help please?

To which terminal on the PS5 is the cable from the P5Mate to the PS5 connected?
Be sure to connect to the USB-A terminal, not USB-C.

Hi I have tried rear of ps5 and front of ps5 using USB-A terminal. I followed instructions in your YouTube video.

Still not working I have tried all possible configurations with the zen but still no connection.

I watched the video. Does it work when each controller is connected directly to the P5Mate?If that works, then I think there is a problem with the zen setup.

Also try a different data cable to connect the P5Mate to the zen, if you have one.

Strange, it works fine for me out of the box

See the diagram on this page.I think it has to be set by checking above or below the items in red in the diagram, but it was not set in the video. Please try.

Yes I have tried all different settings in zen studio with no success. I have tried different leads to. And yes any controller that plugs on to p5mate works. Very strange Indeed.
