Xbox Adaptive Controller? Besavior Controller worked, P5mate does not?

Hi there,

I have been following and purchasing your product since the beginning...
1 Beloader
4 Beloader Pro's
2 Besavior Controllers
2 Besavior U5's
2 Besavior P5Mate's

I managed to get most of the products working at clients, but sadly the U5's won't work and the P5Mate is not working with the Xbox Adaptive controller..
All other besavior products did manage to work with the Xbox Adaptive controller (couldn't test the U5 of course).
Could you let me know why it won't work, or would you need any files to add it to the firmware?(Descriptors/anything else).

Please let me know!
