Hiya guys beloader has just been delivered noticed there’s something lose inside can hear , but thought I would try it anyway , followed guide an plugged into ps5 got green an red flashing lights then goes off I read it could be wrong psn code so went to restart the setup an now won’t open software an it’s not located in this pc any idea guys or do you think I should ask for a new one ?
