Hello !
So i have a problem I can’t press touchpad button ps5 on xim matrix while using pc connection method so it shows that i am using xbox controller, i use pc connection method  because I don’t need to plug a controller and it has less delay but the problem is I can’t use touchpad and I think it has the same problem on xbox controller so can u guys try fixing xbox button that will be helpful thank you !

i think it is xim matrix problem.  
when you insert xbox controller on xim matrix,  the xim matrix turn into a xbox controller.
so p5mate pro think it is xbox mode, not ps5 mode.
the xbox mode should not has touch pad function.
you can check our manual carefully to know if can emulate the touchpad function

You can assign the touchpad key in the matrix with dpad down to emulate the touchpad it works with controller pc output in the matrix
