my right stick its not going full speed when i go to the right, what should i do? i updated to the last firmware. im using matrix, also tested only with matrix and it was ok but with p5mate pro isnt going full range.

Im trying to update my firmware on my p5 mate pro. Once I get it connected under the update tool to update the firmware. It doesnt show my version of the p5 mate pro  it only shows.  "version unconnected" how can I fix this issue in order to update the firmware???
