We said that our xim is set to 1000 htz and we still getting purple flashing lights

I understand what the video said.
But why am I flashing purple when I have the same settings? What could be the cause?

In that Video - When they select 1000hz, they did not press "Save"

If you press SAVE after selecting 1000hz, you would see the pop-up message asking you to reconnect XIM Apex to your console to activate 1000hz.

It sure looks like the video is not stored at 1000 Hz. There are several players who actually flash purple at 1000Hz. Could you please test it again?

we are sorry we did find it will purple blink in 1000HZ
but it work correctly in 500hz

we are still researching way for 1000hz

Why would you guys even use 1000hz? 250hz is the most stable and corresponding than 1000hz.

SO are you saying you dont get blinking lights on 250?


I get blinking on 1000 and 500

Hope this is fixed

Nope and I don't use any settings above 250hz because remote play and ps5 itself only supports 250hz.
