Can't get Beloader to work.

I tried with Wifi and it didn't work, and now trying with this Anker LAN adaper and it will blink blue, then green, then blue and green.  Downloaded the LAN firmware, made sure the version file was correct, ran the config and that's all I get.  Any suggestions?
