if you insert a ps4 or ps5 controller into besavior directly, does it work or not ?

Yes, if you insert a PS5 controller into the besavior directly it works. Just not when you plug the Cronus into the besavior and the ps5 controller into the Cronus.

so the besavior is correctly.

I had similar issue and was resolved when I removed any license controller from the zen, the license is supplied by the besavior controller,  just add your controller to the left side port and it should work.

Can you leave the Besavior plugged into the Ps5? And also the ability to play PS5 games

test this way
1:  besure besavior controller work correctly
2:  insert the original ps4/ps5 controller into besavior typec port, to check if those controller work
