Besavior and xim apex

Good morning.  I follow the instructions to connect the xim apex to the besavior, the light of the xim and other accessories (mouse, keyboard and hori mini gamepad controller) turn on but there are no movements.  I have tried to connect the hori mini remote to the besavior and it doesn't work either

remove XIM, insert an original ps4 or ps5 controller into besavior, to check if this ps4/ps5 controller work

please sure your step is correct, just check our manual carefully

hi i have removed xim i have connected an original dualsense ps5 controller to the besavior the original dualsense works the besavior does not.  does not make movements.

it is correct ,  if you insert other joypad into besavior
only other joypad work,  besavior not work

if you remove all third device, then besavior can work

for your xim problem, you had to check if the power problem for xim, better add a power cable for xim

My xim apex does not work as well.  Need some help.  I have the latest firmware for the besavior - xim - zen.

Dualsense ps5 plugged into besavior - Dualsense works great

Zen plugged into besavior - Dualsense ps5 plugged into Zen - Duelsense works great with scripts

Xim plugged into zen - zen into besavior - Duelsense works but keyboard and mouse do not, they light up and have power, but do not register in the xim app.

Xim plugged directly into besavior - Duelsense works but keyboard and mouse do not again

Xim is supplied with external power

Any ideas?

it looks the besavior is working correctly
it is difficult for us to find your problem

maybe you can insert a ps4 control as booting controller, had to try

sometimes if power not enough, won't work too
