Problem with Mapping and Learning

first of all i have to say that i really like the controller and its potential


but im running into huge problems


my "P1" "P2" "P3" and "P4" stop working
even Factory Reset cannot fix this .. ill have to update the firmware every time again.




when i put "Turbo" on "P4"
and map  "R2" to "P4"


first it works without problems but when i try to map an Command to any of the other backpaddles it stopped working and all backpaddles are without any function


help wouzld be much appreciated

Edit:

since the last time I replied I did a lot of testing and unfortunately my problem is still there ..

even if I only add the turbo function to one of the back paddles the function stopped working after a restart of my ps5 .. and after this I'm not able to map any of the paddles with a function ..
The only way to workaround is to update the firmware again ..
Would be nice if someone could look into this
