Besavior won't connect with xim

the xim is fine, it works well while directly connnecting to the PS5
yet the besavior won't recognize xim or other controller well plugged in, that means if you connect a controller to besavior, the besavior works  while the controller doesn't

I already try restting or update firmware, this problems startedthree days ago, it works well with xim before that, then started frequently disconnecting, then totally have no response while connecting with xim
what should I do now? plz help

1:  change another usb cable from besavior to ps5 console
2:   insert the exter power cable into besavior OTG cable or XIM
