new to beloader

Hi all im new to beloader pro after just using a xim apex i seem to have done the tutorial on getting it working but when i power up the ps5 i have to unplug the xim or beloader pro a ferw times before it actually sees it which is a pain has anyone got any info or help just to check if i am doing it properly i have both usb cables connectd to the ps5 so power isnt a issue i dont think just wanted to know if there is a walk around regarding the issue or am i better of looking for another device, also does it only support 1080p on playshare.
