Beloader works, Xim APEX works but no response from the controller

Hi!!

I've received my Beloader just today, filled all the information with my PSN account, wifi connection, etc.
Everything looks fine, plugged in my Beloader with green light on the back of my PS5 then Xim Apex and everything looks fine, no error lights, nothing wrong.

The issue is with the controller, is not responding thru Xim APEX... it just do nothing.

I have a Dualsense and a Nacon PS4 controller but no response from both.

I've tried pluggin Beloader on the back of my PS5 and only the Nacon controller (without Xim APEX) and it works (I've tried Forbidden West with the PS4 Nacon controller and it works) but the light of the controller is off (it should be on with a white light)

Do you know what I am doing wrong?
