I'm having issues getting my ReaSnow S1 to work when connected to my Besavior controller. The two accessories do not seem compatible as the ReaSnow S1 does not recognize or function properly with the Besavior. Please advise if there is any way to resolve this incompatibility issue between the ReaSnow S1 and Besavior controller.
Thank you for the suggestion. I have tried downgrading the S1 firmware to multiple older versions but am still experiencing the same incompatibility issue with the Besavior controller. Could you please advise if there is a specific firmware version that is known to work correctly with the Besavior controller for both devices? I want to make sure I have tested all possible firmware combinations before determining this is truly an incompatibility between the ReaSnow S1 and Besavior controller.
