when i click on connect nothing happens, the window doesn’t show up and i can’t select my besavior?

I got my Besavior U5 today. When I want to connect it to my computer to update it, it won't connect. I did as per the forum instructions. Can you help me in any way?

My computer doesn't detect my Besavior U5 and I can't update it..the light on devices is on.
Please Help.
