Beloader light white when I hold button and pluck it into PC

as the title states: I can't get the beloader to go into update mode and therefore cannot install the new firmware.

Any suggestions on how to fix it or is the Beloader bricked?

have you find the disk come out when you hold and insert into pc ?
if not, you can try to change another pc to try

Hey the disc with the WIFI and PSN file show up, but I cannot get into the update mode.

hold pair button and insert into PC usb port
the update disk will come out
