Hey, the issue with my Besaviour u5 is that whenever i add a additional power source, or plug it in normally, it just flashes. I have tried multiple different ways and gave it 5 seconds each time to see if it would keep a constant light. I updated to the latest software, and did much more as well. The issue is when i plug in my extra power, or even plug it in normally it wont turn on. But even when the light is not on if i plug in my xim matrix into the back it will turn the matrix, and other devices on. The issue is the devices dont work, and the matrix is flashing white indicating it needs a controller. Please help since its a issue with the u5, and i dont know why it wont turn on. When updating the u5 or holding the button, it works perfectly and normal.
