PS5 back paddle not work on new sytem resolve way

Dear users, we found that SONY released the latest system of PS5 (24.01-08.60.00), which is not a mandatory upgrade.

If you need to use back paddle, please choose to skip this update and continue to use back paddle under the old system.

(please note, you need disconnect network of PS5,  skip update and then connect network)

If you have updated this system, back paddle cannot be used for the time being, we are looking for a solution. As soon as we find a solution, we will announce it as soon as possible.

Following way can help user play PS5 game with back paddle:

1:  PS5 keep on old system and work with back paddle
2:    Waiting we update back paddle

3:  Waiting we release new hardware

when will there be an update? just recieved my back paddles and allready had the latest ps5 update

Have we been fooled and there will never be an update to the PS5 back paddle? We must return the product immediately. Because it is still sold as functional.
