Beloader Cant Upgrade or Update

Yes all done correctly and several times. I think I have done nothing wrong. I have a lot of experience with such apart settlements because I have also played a lot with xim apex until I had the right set.  I think the stick is broken and am currently discussing it with my dealer. But he denies it completely.  Where can I send you a video ?

I have already sent you the videos on your WhatsApp number. But because I did not buy directly from you but through a dealer, I was asked to contact him.  However, he denies everything and hardly seems to believe me, I think he has no idea what this adapter is for. He also tells me that I should not update. Therefore, I know that he has no idea about it.  Now I've been writing to him for 2 weeks and failing and I've thrown $130 out the window. :-(
