Cronus Zen Not work

Guys does anyone know why Cronus Zen is not working?

Test that a controller works through p5mate first.

Once that works, zen can plug in and should work fine. I have a few videos on it as well you can find them all here

I did everything until the XIM Matrix works, only Cronus Zen does not

the cronus zen should set as PS4/PS5 mode ,  and also insert an original ps4/ps5 controller into cronus zen

Ive set it up like this

PS5 - P5Mate (rear usb port) - Zen - Bluetooth to PS5 controller

No other controllers plugged into zen. Works fine every time. Even when power cycle, or reboot. Sometimes I need to unplug zen and plug it back in because it gets boot error when it turns on. but then it works fine
