Xim matrix vs P5Mate -> controller turn purple and freezes

Hi,

I have the latest firmware ...108 . Also the latest firmware of the xim matrix.
Everything was working fine until (i dont know why or how ... maybe update?) i have this problem that my controller (Dualsens) turns purple/pink colour.
When this happens everythinkg freezes. But if i press a button on the controller , mouse or keybord... in the xim matrix app it registers perfect, but doenst do anything on the screen.
plugging in or out the cables doenst work at all


i have to hold my PS5 until its completely off and restart the whole playstation..
when i restart , SOMETIMES is works, but sometimes not. Than i have to wait for minutes hoping it will connect again......

Tried so many things.
I tried new cables : didnt work
I tried adapter(s) : didnt work
I tried lower Hz of the mouse : didnt work
I tried the other firmware of P5mate : didnt work
I tried resetting the controller : didnt work

Its hopeless . Everything is working fine with REMOTE CONTROL...
But when i use de P5Mate i have this problem.
Worst part is that i didnt had any problem in the beginning... Didnt change a think..

PLS, any suggestions or help
