Hello there. I did the beloader pro HID update. but now the pc does not see the device. zadig sees beloader pro as "Beloader Pro HID" now. I can't restore the driver. I can't use manager. many people like me are affected by this absurd situation.. you need to find a solution to it. The device is useless now. are you going to do something about it or is our money wasted?

I have the same problem , i also delete everything and start over and did it step by step through videos because the manual than included was not ok at all.. So again i faced at the end same problem , after everything is done and it is time to press the button and connect it to the pc , the light is on the sound of the pc is heard and i open the super manager V1.4 which does not turn to blue color, it does not recognize the device. Can someone please assist us on this please?

OK but if you dont open the super manager for first time how you connect it with your ps5???
Because i have done all except opening the super manager and when i try to connect to my ps5 if i connect it without pressing the pairing button it starts blinking blue red green and then off and if i connect it while i am pressing the pairing button then its only blue color and nothing happens. Did you connect it with your ps5???
le logiciel Super Manager ne reconnait pas mon appareil Beloader p=Pro. J'ai un message "adapter not found".
J'ai changé de câble usb et j'ai changé aussi les ports de connexion sur mon ordinateur.
ça ne détecte toujours pas mon Beloader Pro.
Pouvez-vous m'aider s'il vous plait ?

Hi can i ask i brough beloader pro and when i successfuly update and put my psn id and account id when i put it in ps5 it turms green them it turns blinking white then nothing happen what do you think the solution Here? Thanls
