Dear Besavior Manager,
I would like to kindly ask for the method to reset Board A into factory default setting.
I have done a lot of trial and error testing, and I found the reason behind this L2 R2 not working because the L2 is constantly pressing a bit like 10%.
The cause could be firmware update between different versions.
If you can kindly let us know the reset method, it could save you money from replacing the Board A from worldwhile customer.
