How to use touchpad when I unlock advanced features?

I am using an Xbox Elite 2 controller, when disable advanced features like macro, I can use view + arrow key or view + right joystick to use touchpad, but when enable advanced features, I can't use touchpad, view + arrow key or view + right joystick doesn't work.

check manual carefully, should hold that button 5s again to exit marco set

Can your team add a joystick dead zone adjustment feature？some games on ps5 are very sensitive， need this feature to adjust joystick sensitivity .
