how to reset to factory settings

I updated muy HID and but i cannot connet to the manager 1.4, How can i resent to factory settings so i can do the process all over again

Same here, updated to HID firmware and now my PC won't recognize the beloader pro

if update hid firmware, you need use HID manager

Help me  please i make everything Correct with hid driver but my besloder pro dont connect to console with the Code even now super Manager dont detect my beloder before the Update it was Good

you need config again with the HID manager or web page
