I tried to to hid and it was flashing green and red so i wanted to put it back to normal mode, but my beloader manager doesnt find beloader pro and it is Beloader pro hid right now. HOW CAN I FACTORY RESET IT because i cant use it no more.

It can't go back old way
but HID way works well
your problem is not HID or old way
just check all step if correct
please note you need update normal firmware again after update HID firmware
please read manual carefully

I couldn't do anything else. I reset it and redid everything from the beginning and the supermanager no longer recognized me. You send an email and they don't answer you either. I do not know what to do.

I guys. I have the same problem. The support riply me on email but all information if they give me don't help. The beloader pro doesn't work yet. Super Manager don't recognized the support . I use the Hid Mode but, when i put it on ps5 doesn't work. Have blu and green flash and after stopped.
