Hello, I tried to connect the beloader to my PC for initial setup and update, but the system recognizes the beloader as a USB device but cannot open the internal files. The same result occurs when I try to operate it on another PC. Is this an internal problem with the beloader?

I wrote an email to the Beloader Manager user, but I never received any help, the only way is to return the defective product to the seller.
