Besaviour U5 PS5 Disconnect

Works perfectly fine for about 5-10 mins then disconnects and the only way I can fix is by unplugging and plugging back in. Using XIM apex on PS5 its not the xim cause it works fine on PC and Xbox. I am using 2 ps5 controllers also for the setup. Any fixes or reason why it disconnects / stops working after a short period of time?

Just tried xbox doesnt work so do I need to get a ps4 controller?  I need to know what type of controller that would work for my setup. Appreciate you guys!

Only one PS5 controller is needed; simply connect the PS5 controller to the XIM APEX hub port.
If the connection is broken, suspect the cable as well.
