P5Mate disconnects every 30 or 1 hour

Since I bought this device a couple of months ago I never had any issue.

Now it's disconnecting every 30 mins or 1 hour.

I have connected p5mate in the back of my ps5 > xim apex with ac 5v 3A, keyboard, controller and mouse

Mouse config is 125hz polling rate. I've tried updating p5mate to latest beta firmware and keeps disconnecting.

Is there any some new update or any help to fix this?

I have xim apex, but now it just working fine all the day without a disconnection....

I don't fucking understand anything to be honest what the fuck happened....

use a 5v3a power adaptor for p5mate and retry
p5mate has exter power socket

At the moment it doesn't disconnect anymore. I don't understand what just happened. I will try using an external power supply for the p5mate aswell

After 3 days working all good, today I have another random disconnection.

Everything is connected to a phone charger with 5V and 3A (one for xim apex and another charger for p5mate)

So I don't know what is happening. Is not a power issue anymore.

This device needs some more updates.

Are you still on this device or we can forget about more updates for better connection and no more random disconnections?

To be clear, is not a disconnection from P5mate, is my xim apex that flashes purple.

so you can plug extra power to xim apex
the xim apex has extra power port too
