Looking to upgrade the diagnostic scanner in our auto repair shop. Need something reliable and multifunctional that works well across different car brands. Price/quality ratio matters, but also looking for decent support and warranty. Do advanced features for chip tuning make sense if we don’t offer tuning services regularly? Would appreciate some model suggestions and where to buy from trusted sellers.

We’ve had great results using the Autel MaxiSYS series. Solid performance, wide vehicle coverage, and updates are regular. For shops dealing with different brands, it’s a safe choice. Unless you're tuning often, high-end chip tuning functions might be overkill — they usually cost more and require extra training. Better to focus on diagnostics unless tuning is your niche.

When we needed a reliable source, we went with ECUTools https://ecutools.eu/ They offer only original tools from top brands like Autel, Bosch, Scanmatik, etc. What we liked most — real expert support and warranty coverage, which you don’t get from many online stores. Their team can also guide you based on your shop’s needs.
