When I plug my PS4 controller into A1 on the Zen, nothing happens. The PS5 controller works perfectly. If I then plug the PS4 controller into A2 while the PS5 controller is plugged in, it works. But without the PS5 controller, the P5Mate Pro doesn't work. Are there instructions for the PS4 controller?

You mean the Zen does not work with the ps4 controller? Since you are stacking devices the Zen needs to be configured normally. Just like there was no P5Mate
