i have no audio when using besavior u5 with xim matrix AND i cant update the firmware, the u5 blink green but it shows that its not connected

U5 not support sound, you can use a USB sound stick

How much ampere do my pover adapter at least and at most need? I have a phone charger it has 5V at 3A or 9V at 3 A. can I use my phone charger? And I have another one with 5V with 3.6A, can I use this one too?
