Which setup do you have connected to p5mate?

The P5 mate is connected to 1 usb port on the PS5. The usb c port of the mate is connected to an recommended adapter and plugged in into a power socket. Finally, the mate is connected to my Xim Matrix.

From my Xim Matrix, there’s a cable that goes into my Cronus Zen (left usb a port, next to the usb c). And my controller is connected to the left port of the Zen.

It all worked for many months without a problem. Bluetooth is off and everything worked like a charm. However, since the update it seems.., the Xim starts blinking randomly and a white light appears on the device. When this happens, there’s nothing I can do in-game. Something unplugging the Xim and reconnecting works, but not every time. The success rate is like 15%.

Not sure what is causing this issue, but I did lot have this before the update.

Edge, yes. But that did not make any difference before. My dualsense and Edge were working correctly.

Do you have a dualshock by any chance?

My setup is ps5 > p5mate > xim apex > mouse, keyboard and controller.

I was using a dualsense but I was having random disconnections every 2 or 3 hours.

I've tried everything (chargers on p5mate and xim apex, new cables, etc.) but every time to time a random disconnections happens.

So I've decided to change my dualsense for a dualshock just to test it and it's been a month without any disconnection, and no need for an extra power supply.

If you have a dualshock, try to test it out if you still having disconnections

Well, I have one but I’m not going to use one. It needs to work with the original PS5 controller like intended. I just need to know what could be causing these random disconnects. Since I’m not the only one with these problems, I wonder if they could make a new firmware update for the mate. I really want to know what is going on. Even when developers here say that everything should be working as intended.
