When you refer to the "USB Sound Card", are you referring to the Beloader? I don't have an external USB Sound Card. The USB Headset (UACDemoV1.0) is a reference to the Beloader is it not?

Thank you for the instruction! The problem still occurs. I've outlined some screenshots below.
1. Actual set-up of my Beloader
Beloader Set-up
As you can see, the Beloader has the two USBs running to it. The 3.5mm Headset was also connected after the initial boot.
2. Audio Input
As specified, the input is the USB Headset.
3. Audio Output
Again, output is the USB Headset.
4. Quick Menu
As per your example, no difference in my set-up.
5. Combine all of the above and when I go into the Microphone Level, it maxes out and creates the worst feedback loop. It's the same as the video I sent you: https://youtu.be/HHJZ-FUeI2E?t=5
This is the issue. I can see the Mic, not being able to talk isn't the problem. The issue is the feedback that's being created that deafeans myself and anyone in the party chat when I want to talk.
Hey so that USB extension is part of the headset. Regardless I found a pair of earbuds and used those to direct connect.
The feedback loop is directly attached to the volume control. If I increase the volume the Mic Input maxes out where-as if I lower the volume it goes quieter.
