I tried posting the screenshot but its not visible. Its basically the polling rate test results and I can confirm that the maximum polling rate is 250hz. That is absolutely unacceptable. You all made a whole new product that is suppose to combat the complaints that people have from its' predecessor. That unfortunately doesn't seem like its the case.

Its crazy that the polling rate issue is being ignored. I had to let people know to save their money from buying this product because it still outputs at 250hz.

P5mate Pro use original ps5 controller MCU
so we can't change original MCU function.

we do support 1000hz xim matrix input .

Internally Matrix has 1000hz but the P5mate pro is ignoring like 3/4 of that input.

So I goolged what the polling rate is for the ps5 DS.

"The DualSense controller for the PS5 has a default polling rate of 250 Hz when wired (USB) and 674.75 Hz when using Bluetooth, according to Gamepadla. When overclocked on PC, it can reach 1000Hz (1ms delay). The DualSense Edge, a pro version, also has a 1000Hz polling rate when wired"

I use the P5 mate with an T2 and never had issues or noticed any delay. With that said I have never used a matrix so really cant say anything about that device. I am waithing for the p5 mate pro to arrive and will see how that works??

Yet the xim matrix remote play can output at 1000hz which is much more responsive than this 250hz.
