blue light shinning means network not connect to beloader
so big possible is your router has some set which block beloader
or router compatiable problem
i had to switch my tp link archer, because beloader didn't want to connect.
also switched ps5 to 2.5ghz mode(default is 5ghz) just to be sure.
made a new connection, to eliminate any issues due to connection from ps5 side.
after all that it worked.
i had issue were beloader connects and disconnects after 1 second. blue, green, white.
